Full well system and water treatment overhaul including pressure tank replacement, acid neutralizer replacement, and water softener replacement.
The existing equipment was aged, the pressure gauge was heavily corroded, and the treatment systems were no longer performing effectively. All components were replaced with properly sized, high-quality equipment and reinstalled cleanly.
New WellXtrol pressure tank installed with a complete tank tee assembly — including pressure switch, pressure gauge, PRV, and boiler drain. Acid neutralizer and water softener replaced and programmed for the home's water conditions.
Active leak at the pressure tank and heavily corroded tank tee assembly tucked under the stairs — a tight but accessible space. The existing tank was over 17 years old, well past its service life, and the fittings below were badly deteriorated.
Leaking tank and corroded assembly removed and replaced with a new WellXtrol pressure tank and complete tank tee assembly — including pressure switch, pressure gauge, PRV, and boiler drain — all installed clean and to code.
System pressure tested and confirmed leak-free before completion.
Full plumbing rough-in for a new residential addition in Owings Mills. Scope included a complete bathroom rough-in — shower, lavatory, and toilet — with all waste and water lines properly sized and installed to code.
A 1" underground poly water line was run from the existing well to the new addition. 4" PVC septic line installed to the septic system with a 3" vent through the roof.
Water distribution completed in CPVC with all lines labeled and neatly organized throughout the addition. A Bradford White 50-gallon water heater and WellXTrol WX-202 pressure tank were installed under the stairs. Moen rough-in shower valve set and ready for trim-out.
Permitted and inspected by Baltimore County. Work completed clean, to code, and passed inspection.

Full basement half bath rough-in including slab break, drain installation, and sewer ejector system.
Designed and installed for proper flow and venting, with concrete restoration completed after installation.
Includes toilet flange, lavatory drain, and ejector system tie-in.
Permitted and inspected by Baltimore County. Work completed clean, to code, and passed inspection.
50-gallon electric water heater replacement in Reisterstown. Customer supplied a Rheem Performance Platinum unit — installed with a new automatic shut-off valve, isolation valve, and water heater pan. No expansion tank required on this well-served system.
Permitted and inspected by Baltimore County. Work completed clean, to code, and passed inspection.
A 9-year-old Rheem electric water heater was experiencing electrical issues and had reached the end of its service life. Several code violations were present on the existing installation — the expansion tank was not strapped to code and the T&P discharge line was improperly terminated directly into the sump pump.
The failed unit was removed and replaced with a new Bradford White 50-gallon electric water heater. Installation included a new expansion tank properly strapped to code, a drain pan with 1" PVC drain line routed to the sump pump, and a ¾" copper T&P relief valve terminated 6 inches above the floor per code. Hot side piping was insulated to code. As a courtesy, the existing corroded full port ball valve was also replaced.
Permitted and inspected by Howard County. Work completed clean, to code, and passed inspection.
A 2014 Ruud electric water heater had reached the end of its service life. Rather than wait for failure, the homeowner took the right approach — proactive replacement with a new Rheem Performance Platinum Gladiator unit they supplied.
This home is on well water, which operates as an open system. No expansion tank is required — well systems naturally accommodate thermal expansion through the pressure tank, keeping the installation clean and code-compliant without unnecessary components.
Old corroded, non-functional single-lever washer valves were replaced with new full-port ball valves and new 6' washing machine hoses — a small upgrade that prevents a common source of water damage.
Work completed clean and to code.
